SpareLoad

Pilot · Almere – Utrecht – Brabant – Venlo

Never drive back empty.

Trucks often drive back empty. We fill that space with pallets. The carrier earns extra on a trip they drive anyway; the shipper ships for less.

How it works

One route, euro pallets and a fixed price up front.

Register

The carrier registers a return trip; the shipper registers a shipment that can take 2–3 days.

Match and pay

SpareLoad matches trip and shipment. The price, including all surcharges, is fixed up front. The shipper pays before pickup by iDEAL or bank transfer.

Drive and get paid

Photos and a digital signature at pickup and delivery. The carrier is paid within 3 working days after confirmed receipt.

An example

Carrier

“On Thursday I drive back from Venlo to Almere. I have 6 pallet spaces free.”

Shipper

“I need to send 2 pallets from Venlo to Almere. It can take 2–3 days.”

With SpareLoad
€120
instead of about €173 for standard next-day delivery (excl. VAT, incl. truck toll). The carrier earns on a trip that would otherwise earn nothing.
