Who we are

SpareLoad is a trade name of Moi Casa (sole proprietorship), Veluwezoom 5, 1327 AA Almere, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 88072177. Moi Casa is the controller for personal data processed through this website. Contact: business@spareload.nl or +31 6 47014205.

What data we process

When you sign up for the pilot: your company name, name, phone number, email address, the route you enter, your KvK number (if you fill it in) and your comments. When you email or call us: the details you give us then.

Why

To contact you about the pilot, plan your first trip or shipment and assess your sign-up. We don't use your data for anything else and never sell it.

Legal basis

We process your data because you ask us to with a view to an agreement (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on the basis of our legitimate interest in contacting you about the pilot (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long

If we don't start working together, we delete your sign-up no later than 12 months after your last contact with us. If you become a SpareLoad user, we keep your data while your account exists and afterwards as long as the law requires (for example 7 years for accounting records).

Who else sees your data

Our website and sign-up form are hosted by Netlify, Inc. (United States). Netlify stores form submissions and forwards them to us. Netlify participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and we have a data processing agreement with Netlify that includes standard contractual clauses. Our email provider also receives your message. We don't share your data with other carriers or shippers unless you choose to.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses no tracking or analytics cookies and loads no third-party fonts or scripts.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or transfer your data, or object to its use. Email business@spareload.nl; we reply within one month. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

Security

The website only works over an encrypted connection (https). Only SpareLoad's owner has access to the sign-ups.

We may update this statement. The latest version is always on this page.
